KPI, or Key Performance Indicator, are essentially precise measurements of business performance. Relevant data points are Number of meetings versus conclusions or agreements, reviews and comments from stakeholders, the percentage of rescheduled meetings, percentage of achieved or missed deadlines, essentially a KPI is a measurement of how effective a strategy is when trying to get a job done. It is different considering your goals in a project, and you can set your own goals as needed.
