How do I get reports from Shopify?

Hi, I want to generate a sales and customer report on my Shopify plus store. Do I need to install an app for that?

You can check apps like Better Reports and Data Export Reports. These are the two top trending and high-rated Shopify reporting apps in 2021. Better Reports is more expensive than Data Export Reports, so if you have a budget of more than 18$, then go for it. Otherwise, use the Data Exports app as its monthly package are a lot cheaper.
Both of these apps work on Shopify Plus as well.

Different report are available for different Shopify plans. The customer and sales report are available only to the Shopify plus and higher users. The basic and lite plan are limited to the types of reports they can view. To view the reports go to your Shopify account and log in. On the left -hand menu click "Analytics" which will open a drop down menu and choose "reports"
