There are 6 phases of Business Process Management (BPM) which are:
Assess: It involves studying the process, documenting it, knowing what every person is responsible for, and the length of time the process requires.
Design: It's creating design solutions from the collected data to reduce problems in the process lifecycle.
Model: It involves testing the designs created to understand the outcomes.
Implement: It involves implementing changes that were designed and modeled.
Monitor: It's continuously monitoring the process and assessing to consider possible outcomes.
Modify: It's continuously adjusting the process based on the collected data to improve outcomes.
