How do abandoned carts work?

What happens if a cart is abandoned in WooCommerce? Is there a notification box? I noticed on Google Analytics that I have a high cart abandonment rate, but if it wasn't for Google Analytics, I might never have known. Once I have found the abandoned carts, what do I do next?

You'll need to install abandoned cart plugins that help recover abandoned carts and know the abandoned carts statistics. After a cart has been abandoned there are various actions you can take depending on the plugin you chose. For example, the plugin can send reminder emails to the customers, send text messages, or remarket with Facebook messenger.
