How much does it cost to start an Amazon business?

Hi everyone, I'm considering starting up an e-commerce business through Amazon's FBA. My only question is whether it is still worth doing something like this, or has the market been too saturated with dropshipping companies?

The cost of selling on Amazon is based on your selling plan, product category, fulfillment strategies, etc.
Amazon FBA provides two types of accounts one is the individual account which is entirely free the other is the professional account which costs $39.99 per month. For the individual account, you need to pay a fee of 99 cents whenever you make a sale.
The other cost includes your cost of inventory, advertising costs, and shipping costs. To sum it up, you should have a budget of around $4,000 to $7000 initially to launch your Amazon store.
