Struggling with cash flow.

Hi all I'm in desperate need of tips on improving cash flow. I run several online retail stores and although sales aren't an issue, I'm finding that I'm having to chase up clients on late payments. I offer buy now pay later as an option for many products which I suspect is helping sales but hindering cash flow. Wondering if I should stop offering this as a payment option. What do you think?
