How do I know that my eCommerce store is holding enough cash?
Asked 3 years ago
The store brings money and everything seems fine so far but I want to know about some deeper analysis that could be done in order to understand the cash flow better because I was hoping for my company to grow. What factors should I look at?

To know whether your e-commerce store is generating enough revenue, it is better to get the help of a cash flow statement. The easiest way to read a statement is the direct method. In this procedure, you'll only get a series of transactions in a specific period. At last, you'll get a collective value of cash currently in hand. To assess whether it is enough cash, you must keep some factors in mind, like:
- Growth requirements for your business.
- State of your e-commerce store.
- Expected capital requirement for individual workers.
- A particular need for reinvestment.
As you hope the company grows, even more, you'll need a lump sum of cash for additional expenses.
