Why can't I find my Shopify Orders in my sales report?

They appear in the dashboard or Analytics section of your Shopify store. Make sure you have admin access and are using a paid Shopify plan, and be patient - sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for a sales report to appear. Contact support if you don't see the option to access this section.

You can easily access your Shopify Orders Report under the Analytics > Reports. Shopify also allows you to analyze various sales statistics under the Shopify Sales Dashboard.

If you cannot track your eCommerce reports on Shopify, it can be because your payment gateways are under testing mode. To check the status of your payment gateways, go to Setting > Payments > Payment Provider menu.

Try refreshing your browser if you find the payment gateway is not in the testing mode. If you have the Shopify Plus plan subscription, you can also view Shopify Advanced Reports to dive deeper into your sales and orders analytics.

Note: Shopify usually takes 12-72 hours to upload your updated sales report.
