Why can't I find my Shopify Orders in my sales report?
Asked 4 years ago
Is anyone clued up on how to navigate the Shopify interface? I am looking for my sales reports for my eCommerce store and I can't seem to find them anywhere. Is there a reason that they aren't appearing or is it just something I am missing?

You can easily access your Shopify Orders Report under the Analytics > Reports. Shopify also allows you to analyze various sales statistics under the Shopify Sales Dashboard.
If you cannot track your eCommerce reports on Shopify, it can be because your payment gateways are under testing mode. To check the status of your payment gateways, go to Setting > Payments > Payment Provider menu.
Try refreshing your browser if you find the payment gateway is not in the testing mode. If you have the Shopify Plus plan subscription, you can also view Shopify Advanced Reports to dive deeper into your sales and orders analytics.
Note: Shopify usually takes 12-72 hours to upload your updated sales report.
