E-commerce vs. e-business: What is the difference?
Asked 3 years ago
I didn't realize that one gets something called an e-business until someone asked, and I stood with a mouth full of teeth. What is an e-business, and how does it differ from e-commerce?

E-commerce means the buying and selling of goods online. It involves buying, selling, dealing, ordering, and paying for products or services through the internet. It only requires a website and is limited to monetary transactions.
While e-business is the online presence of a business where all business activities are conducted over the internet like communicating with employees, clients. It requires a website, CRM, and Enterprise Resource Planning for running the business through the internet.
