What are the advantages of user-driven e-commerce analytics?
Asked 3 years ago
I already use data-driven analytics for my store and am considering giving user-driven a try, but I have the impression that it requires more resources. Is that true? Anyway, I have to be 100% sure before implementing a new method to my analytics strategy, so what are the advantages?

Some of the advantages of user-driven analytics are that it helps you know the motivations, fears, and concerns of your website user. Through market research you'll learn directly about the people that use your website which reduces false assumptions. You'll get to know the issues with your website that you might not have noticed.
Lastly it helps in improving usability and increase conversions through customer feedback.
