Does net quantity in a vendor report show product success?
Asked 3 years ago
I'm checking the sales reports for the month, and I’m looking at the net quantity in the Sales by Product Vendor section of the Shopify reports. What does the net quantity generally indicate? Does it contribute to my product's performance?

The net quantity in a vendor report is equal to the number of sold items minus the number of returned goods. If the number of returned goods is less, then you'll have a high net quantity, which means customers like your product. But if the number of returned products is high, then you'll have a low net quantity, meaning that customers don't like your product.
