What does net retention mean, and how do you calculate it?

Net rate is your absolute total of how many customers you retained during a period of time, which is a calculated total of your company's business strength. To calculate any Net Retention Rate the formula is as follows:
MRR + Expansion Revenue = Month Revenue.
Month Revenue - Lost revenue due to downgrades or cancellations / starting MRR
