Conversion rate informs you of the average number of how frequently ad clicks lead to conversions. To find your conversion rate on Google ads, go to the "All conversions" column > All conversion rate ("All conv. rate").
On the contrary, Google ads' conversion time feature helps track the time taken by the user to perform the desired action. You can add the conversion by time column to your Google Ad dashboard by clicking Campaign > columns > Modify Column. Now go to the "Conversions" section and select "Conversions (by conv. time)".
